Paper Submission	September 10, 2026 Authors are invited to submit full papers presenting original and unpublished research work. All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by the international technical committee.
Notification Deadline	October 10, 2026 Acceptance/Rejection notifications will be sent to corresponding authors. If no any notification is received by this date, please contact us again by email or Phone.
Registration Deadline	October 25, 2026 At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration to ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings.
Listener Registration	March 4, 2027 Participants who do not submit papers are welcome to attend the conference as listeners. Early registration is recommended due to limited seating capacity.

Publication Requirement

Only Full Papers will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings. Authors presenting preliminary results or work-in-progress may submit an abstract for presentation purposes only, which will not be included in the official proceedings.

Review & Communication

After submission, each manuscript will be assigned a paper ID within 2 working days. Authors will receive review results and further instructions via email. If no response is received, please contact the conference secretary at: ickem@young.ac.cn
